His proven leadership skills and many years of “hands-on” experience have helped hundreds of agents reach their true growth potential. Currently he is the National Director for the Iowa territory.

Brian J. Kurtz is an estate planning specialist with Assured Investment Planners, Inc. Licensed in insurances, conservative investments and long-term care solutions, he works closely with Detroit-area seniors. Since 1999, Brian has hosted a weekly radio program called “Money Matters,” which broadcasts every Saturday morning on 580 AM, CKWW. He is a member of the Society of Certified Senior Advisors and the Society of Senior Market Professionals.

Del Burfitt

Del began his insurance career in 1969 when he returned from the military. Since that time he has owned and managed his own marketing company for 29 years while maintaining a private practice of approximately 100 clients. Today Del is the owner of The AIP Group – Cincinnati and The AIP Group – South; and serves as a National Director for these territories.

As a mentor he has helped others to better understand the concepts used in a no-sales workshop; introducing his associates to the soft-sale method to help cultivate trust and confidence with clients and prospects.

Del received his education in accounting from Youngstown University. Recently he has embraced current social media philosophy for marketing; helping agencies develop their prospect and client base.
