Melissa started her career in the insurance industry in 2003. She supported licensed independent and captive producers with sales preparation and business growth. Through her relationship and marketing efforts, Melissa assisted in the sale of Life Insurance, Disability, Long Term Care, and Annuities. She was also responsible for all group and individual Health Insurance sales.

Melissa later went on to manage a Property and Casualty agency, helping to recruit and hire agents. She has over 9 years of experience working directly with agents and clients. Melissa brings this high level of knowledge and understanding to her role as Marketing Consultant at AIP.
